Ouf festival 2015 is dedicated to Aino Sibelius

“Our festival is gentle… We’ll be sharing a secret.” – Pekka Kuusisto

Our Festival takes place this year from 26 July to 1 August 2015 at various locations in the landscapes of Lake Tuusula which is only half an hour’s drive north from Finland’s capital, Helsinki. This year’s festival is dedicated to Aino, wife of composer Jean Sibelius.

Our Festival 2015 acts has been announced: Bryce Dessner, Kamus String Quartet, Nicolas Altstaedt, Jay Gilligan, Emil Holmström, Malin Broman, Mirjami Heikkinen, Maria Ylipää, Tomas Djupsjöbacka, Simon Crawford-Phillips, Samuli Kosminen among others will join the festival group of performers

“Our Festival is gentle. It lives in these beautiful little places, in living rooms, on lakes, in forests, and wants to whisper some exciting things into your ears. We’ll be sharing a secret. Our Festival wants to invent new flexible forms for concerts, where the message is more important than dress codes or good behaviour.”
